+ THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an experienced, well-rounded finance administrator/bookkeeper to join our accounts team of three. The position is part-time and together are responsible to effectively administer the financial aspects of the company including meeting all statutory requirements.
+ DUTIES INCLUDE
- Payroll including Superannuation, Payroll Tax and EOFY Reporting.
- Director Dividends and Bonuses.
- Accounts Payable / Receivable.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Cash Flow Monitoring including assisting with Debtors.
- KPI Reporting.
- Invoicing.
- Maintain WorkCover Insurances.
- Local Buy Reporting.
- Maintain Company Trust Account.
- Use of HR (HR Partner) and Project Management (Deltek) Software.
- General Accounts Functions.
- Ad-hoc assistance to Directors and Business Manager.
- Liaison with Accountant.

- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously while still having the support of the team environment.
- Proactive and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to use initiative, prioritise and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Friendly and helpful personality with a great work ethic and communication skills.
- Competent in Xero software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of relevant ATO legislation.
- Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience or degree qualified.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A dedicated approach to work and the ability to communicate on all levels.
- Other duties on a more ad-hoc basis including supporting the wider admin team with phone answering.
